Step
#1: In 'Cover', be
sure to select 'Additional Approvals' and 'Distant Learning', in
order to add Distant Ed options
in the Course Checklist,
on the right.
Step#2: In the first Distant Ed page, state in 'Other Methods' the intention for this course to convert from TBA to Hybrid Lab.
Next, in the 'NATURE and
FREQUENCY of Instructor, etc.' category, paste the Hybrid Lab
instructions, as it should appear
in the course syllabus,
explaining the lab portion of the class.
Step #3: Under 'Content', add the lab activities to appropriate SLO targets – no need to specify type of lab here.

Step #4: In the Assignments section, create another 'Assignment' for the Lab.

Step #5: In category 'Methods of Evaluation/Assessment', mention the evaluation method for the Lab.
The very last step will be to talk to the DE committee about your Hybrid Lab - we're interested in how you are doing it.
